Helpful Information for Admitted Students
Enrollment Deposits
In order to confirm your enrollment at Stonehill College, you must submit a $500 non-refundable enrollment deposit. By submitting your enrollment deposit, you are declaring your intention to enroll at Stonehill College and affirming that you have not submitted an enrollment deposit to any other institution.
Please note that your enrollment deposit will be credited to your first semester tuition bill. It is not a separate fee. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission at (508) 565-1373 or admission@stonehill.edu.
Summer Orientation
Summer Orientation is a key step in your transition from high school to college. You’ll meet your new classmates, become familiar with our academic programs and select fall classes. More details will be provided this spring.
Housing
Resident students will need to log in to MyHill (login credentials are emailed in early May) and complete the online Housing Application by early July.
Roommates
Students may request specific roommates, but we recommend living with someone you don’t know in order to expand your social network on campus. The Housing Application includes a lifestyle survey to assist us in making roommate assignments, which are finalized in August.
Hill Card & Meal Plans
The Hill Card, your student ID, is used to access residence halls and other campus resources. It is also used to purchase food through your meal plan and can be loaded with funds (online or in person) for other purchases on and off campus.
In May you’ll get information about the Hill Card as well as how to upload the photo you’d like to have on your Hill Card. Hill Cards are issued when students arrive on campus in August.
Health Form Deadline
All incoming students need to complete the Health Form and Immunization Requirements by June 28. The required information can be found on our website. Health Services strongly recommends that students check with their healthcare provider well in advance to ensure they are up to date with all required immunizations.
Health Insurance
Students will need to enroll in a Stonehill-endorsed health insurance plan or provide proof of a comparable health insurance plan. The opportunity to waive this plan or enroll in the plan is available for a few weeks starting on July 1st, when the waive/enroll process becomes active. The process is further explained on our Health Insurance page.
Commuters
The Stonehill Commuter Council is a student-run organization designed to support commuter students. The Student Government Association also has commuter representation. More details will be provided at orientation.
