Natasha Anderson

Biography

Natasha joined Stonehill College in 2018. She holds a BA in English Studies and a certificate in Communication Studies from University of Massachusetts, Boston. Her previous experience includes working at Perkins School for the Blind, Cambridge Housing Authority and most recently, she was employed as the Recruitment and Retention Leader at a homecare agency. Natasha collaborates with our community and consults with organizational leaders on diversity objectives. Additionally, she is responsible for all recruitment and onboarding of faculty and staff for Academic Affairs, Advancement, Admissions and the MacPhaidin Library. She communicates with management to provide H.R. guidance as needed. She also serves as a Title IX investigator for the Institution.
