Heiko Todt
Professor of Mathematics, Mathematics Department Chair, Data Science Program Co-Director, Actuarial Mathematics Program Director
Biography
I grew up in Kiel, Germany, but I also spent a year in high school in Worcester, Massachusetts. I came to Stonehill in 2011 after receiving my PhD at Penn State under the supervision of Prof. George Andrews. My thesis was in the field of integer partitions, but since then I have mainly worked in graph theory. Over the last few years, I have published several articles in graph theory with students as co-authors. These were all outcomes of SURE projects.
When I’m not teaching mathematics, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, music and sports. I play piano and volleyball in my free time.
