Where we began and we're just getting started.

Imagine for a moment what Stonehill would look like without philanthropy—the facilities and opportunities that wouldn’t exist. So much of campus was built on philanthropy because so many alumni and friends believe boldly and deeply in Stonehill.

Kathleen Miller '79 and James Miller '80 International Stipend Fund
The study abroad program at Stonehill has had a long-standing reputation for providing students with a unique, high-impact experiential learning experience. The opportunity to travel and immerse oneself in a new culture enhances the academic and co-curricular opportunities for Stonehill students.

The Kathleen Miller '79 and James Miller '80 International Stipend Fund supports Stonehill students who have the dream of participating in a study abroad program but need financial support to do so. The costs of affiliated with these programs can often stand between students and the opportunities they deserve.

Support the Miller International Stipend Fund for your Stonehill Day of Light and Hope gift and have it matched!

Today, we are asking our fellow Stonehill alumni who participated in study abroad to join us in supporting this program by issuing a $10,000 challenge which we will match dollar for dollar. Together, we can support even more Stonehill students who envision expanding their learning experience abroad.

The Stonehill College Athletics Department seeks to pursue excellence in the form of academic and competitive success, community engagement, and whole-person development. The generous support of donors like you plays a vital role in the achievement of these goals.

Student-athletes make up roughly 20% of the undergraduate student body, and central to their experience is the formation of the whole person. It is our intent to develop our student-athletes into transformational leaders for life.

So much of our success is directly related to the support of our steadfast community of alumni, parents and friends—who believe a strong athletic program, paired with Stonehill’s tradition of academic excellence, only serves to augment the College’s rank and reputation.
