Parking Violation Appeal Form

The form below is used to appeal a parking ticket. Appeals must be completed within 14 days from the date the ticket is issued or the appeal WILL NOT be considered, NO EXCEPTIONS. PLEASE NOTE: Parking violations are entered into the parking system daily and are automatically billed to a students account. If an appeal is granted, a credit will be issued to the students account.
