Recommendation Request Process

If you are a student who intends to apply for membership in Lambda Epsilon Sigma, use this form to request a recommendation from a faculty or staff member who can attest to your thirst for knowledge and how it goes beyond the classroom into their co-curricular activities and how you have contributed to the intellectual development of the Stonehill community. An email notification of your request along with a link and instructions to complete an online recommendation form will be sent to your evaluator.
