Flexible Feature
The Flexible Feature is a component that will create a visually impactful callout to a specific action or piece of information in the form of a visual promo.
Flexible Feature intends to boldly promote a single piece of content or a call-to-action that is related to the topic of the page. The flexible nature of this component allows you to feature a multitude of content such as key category pages, programs, stories, and profiles.
The title of the content type should be short and to the point, directly describing what the content is about. The description should provide context around what type of content is shown, why it is important, or otherwise summarize what's to come in a clear and compelling way.
This component allows for the choice of placement of the content card (left- or right-aligned). These variations allow content editors to adjust the placement of the text depending on the focal point of the photo selected to accompany the callout.
Content elements:
- Background image—required, minimum 1,440 x 960 pixels in size
- Text alignment—right or left
- Title—required if component is used (65 characters max)
- Description—optional
- CTA label and link—required, 1 min, 3 max
