Bonnie is the Director of the Office of Research, Grants & Sponsored Projects which serves as the grants office for all faculty members in all disciplines. Bonnie is also the Administrator for the Institutional Review Board (IRB). 

She has served as a proposal reviewer for the Massachusetts Service Alliance, the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education, and the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to her work in grant administration, she held various positions in education including teaching English as a Second Language in Tokyo, Japan. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in English Literature and Secondary Education from Salve Regina College and a Master of Arts degree in English from Bridgewater State College. Bonnie has taught at Stonehill College, as well as Bridgewater State College and Massasoit Community College.
