Commencement Eve Celebration

Due to the inclement weather, our Commencement Eve Celebration will take place in and outside of the Roche Dining Commons. Each area within the building has a variety of food trucks and activities listed below. All food and drinks are free!

Below are the food trucks and events happening in each area:

Upper Commons Entrance (Outside)

Trolley Dogs Food Truck

• Original (plain hot dog), California (chili and nacho cheese), New Yorker (sauerkraut and deli mustard), or Duke (relish, onions, and deli mustard)

*each served with fries

Birdsnest Italian Street Food

• Food includes Mozzarella Sticks, Fried Ravioli, Spinach Artichoke Bites & Mac & Cheese Bites 

Birdsnest Panini Truck

• Sandwiches include Ultimate Grilled Cheese or Ultimate Grilled Cheese with Bacon

Chubby Chickpea Truck

• Falafel over tabbouleh, drizzled with tahini and side of hummus and pita bread (GF)
• Chicken shawarma over rice, drizzled with tahini and side of hummus/pita bread (GF)
• Greek Salad (with or without chicken) (GF)

Moyzilla Food Truck

• Appetizer Sampler: 2 classic pork or Cabbage dumplings, 1 spring roll & sea salt edamame

Red's Kitchen
