Parking Information
Commuter Students can park in any purple spots in the Chapel of Mary Lot, Roche North Lot, and the Student/Visitor Lot.
Meal Plans
The Flight Crew: This meal plan accommodates the commuters on campus, allowing them $510 to spend at various locations around campus. If this money is not spent by the end of the fall semester it will roll over to the spring semester. Any funds left over at the end of the spring semester are refundable after the base plan points are deducted. For more information, please click here.
Cleary Commuter Lounge
Established in 2021, the Cleary Commuter Lounge located in the Roche Dining Commons serves as a welcoming space for all commuter students. The lounge has a variety of amenities to make students feel at home while on campus including:
- Refrigerators
- Microwave
- Study space with tables and chairs
- Charging stations
- Lounge space with Television and Roku systems
- Coat room
- Board games
Commuter Council
The Commuter Committee serves as the voice of commuter students and provides a platform for students to discuss and make changes to enhance commuter life at Stonehill. This organization is a committee of the Student Government Association (SGA) and works closely with SGA and the SGA Finance Committee to accomplish its initiatives.
Commuter Council is open to all students at Stonehill. The Executive Board is made up of five students who will lead the student organization in its goals and indicatives. While there are only five members of the E-Board, the Council is made up of several general members.

Monday 2/20
- Crumbl Cookies with Commuters
Come kick off Commuter Appreciation Week with Crumbl Cookies in the Upper Commons Lobby. Enjoy delicious cookies and mingle with fellow students. All are welcome!
- SGA General Assembly
General Assembly is open to all students! Elected student leaders come together to discuss Stonehill concerns and work to improve campus life.
Tuesday 2/21
- Beads and Bites
Come celebrate Commuter Appreciation Week and Mardi Gras at Beads and Bites. Make your own snack pack, enjoy giveaways, and more! All are welcome!
- Job and Internship Fair
All majors and class years should plan to attend! Representatives from over 60 organizations will be on-hand, providing information and answering questions about internships and full-time jobs. There is no dress code, so students are welcome to stop by in between classes.
Wednesday 2/22
- Kick it with Commuters Tabling
Stop by the Lower Commons for affirmation notes, car air fresheners, laptop stickers, phone wallets and a chance to chat with the Commuter Council Reps!
- DVSTY Vintage Clothing Sale
Shop in the Lower Commons with DVSTY! Browse for vintage clothing and custom gear from 11am-5pm
- Women’s Lacrosse vs. Umass Lowell
Come down to W.B Mason Stadium to watch the Skyhawks faceoff with UMass Lowell at 7pm for their inaugural D1 Game. Enjoy complimentary hot chocolate!
Thursday 2/23
- Melt Away Stress Study Social
Come to study and de-stress with Commuter Council! Enjoy pizza, snacks, learn new study tips, giveaways, and more! All are welcome.
- Politics and Paint Night
College Democrats, DEALS, Political Science Club, and Art Club are working together to host a paint night to bring people together and celebrate Commuter Appreciation Week!
- Women’s Basketball vs. Wagner
Come down to Merkert to watch the Skyhawks faceoff with Wagner College at 6pm
- Br. Mike’s Night
Come down to the Hill for Old School R&B Hip Hop Night at Br. Mikes. All ages welcome; 21+ Must show Valid License/Hillcard to purchase and consume alcoholic beverages.
Friday 2/24
- Grab and Go Breakfast with Commuters
Join the Commuter Council in the Cleary Commuter Lounge for some breakfast on the go! Enjoy bagels, donuts, juices and more. Attendees will be entered into a raffle to get reimbursed for their semester parking pass!
- Free Fun Friday
Stop by the Commons for the Custom T-Shirts Shop from 12pm-3pm
- Fresh Check Day
Fresh Check Day is a mental health awareness day held annually at Stonehill. This interactive wellness fair features booths sponsored by organizations and clubs on campus addressing mental health and wellness issues.
- Skyhawk Bingo
Come down to Commons A for monthly Skyhawk BINGO! Take a chance to win prizes for every game. All are welcome!
