AlcoholEdu for College and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates
Embodying Stonehill’s mission to educate the whole person, we strongly value your well-being and want you to have the information and awareness necessary to empower you to make well-informed and healthy behavioral choices.
As part of our comprehensive Orientation programming, Stonehill offers an interactive, evidence-based, and relevant approach to educating our students on the topics of alcohol abuse and sexual assault. To that end, all incoming students are required to complete approximately 3 hours of online training, which includes the following components.
AlcoholEdu for College
Part I Assignment Access Opens: Mid-July
Deadline to Complete Part I: August 25, prior to move-in
AlcoholEdu for College is a personalized, non-judgmental, research-based, online alcohol abuse prevention course for young adults.
The assignment takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete and ends with an exam and survey. You must earn a grade of 75% or higher to pass.
A link to your AlcoholEdu for College assignment will be sent to your Stonehill email account in mid-July. Your AlcoholEdu for College assignment must be completed prior to your arrival to campus and the start of fall classes.
Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates
Part I Assignment Access Opens: Mid-July
Deadline to Complete Part I: August 25, prior to move-in
Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates is an online learning program that addresses the critical issues of sexual assault, relationship violence and stalking, which impact countless college students each year.
The assignment takes approximately 1.5 hours to complete and ends with an exam and survey. You must earn a grade of 75% or higher to pass.
A link to your Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates assignment will be sent to your Stonehill email account in early to mid-August. Your Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates assignment must be completed prior to your arrival to campus and the start of fall classes.
Follow-Up Surveys
Part II Survey Access Opens: 30-45 days following completion of Part I of each course

Approximately 30-45 days following your completion of your AlcoholEdu for College and Sexual Assault Prevention for Undergraduates assignments, you will be prompted by EverFi to complete follow up surveys to both assignments. The surveys will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
