How to Withdraw

To withdraw from a course, undergraduate students must complete and sign a Course Withdrawal Form. Course Withdrawal Forms are available from the Office of Academic Advising. Please contact the Office for assistance with withdrawing.

Graduate students should contact the Office of Graduate Admission for a Course Withdrawal Form.

Merely ceasing to attend classes or notifying the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. Students who do not officially withdraw, are dismissed, or simply stop attending will receive a failing grade for the course and forfeit all rights to a refund.
