How to Withdraw

To withdraw from a course, undergraduate students must complete and sign a Course Withdrawal Form. Course Withdrawal Forms are available here.  Please email (academic-advising@stonehill.edu) or call (508-565-1306) the Office for assistance with withdrawing.  Requests for course withdrawals made by email and phone calls when the College is closed between Friday, December 23, 2022 – Monday, January 2, 2023, will be processed retroactively on Tuesday, January 3, when the College reopens.

Merely ceasing to attend classes or notifying the instructor does not constitute official withdrawal. Students who do not officially withdraw, are dismissed or simply stop attending will receive a failing grade for the course and forfeit all rights to a refund.
