About The Speaker: Throughout his career Hebert has been responsible for strategic technology, product and business development, electronic trading & trading systems technology, global market structure initiatives, client relationship management and strategic partnerships. Hebert most recently served as managing director of the Financial Information Forum (FIF), partner and managing director at Alpha Omega Financial Systems, and as vice president and director of Strategic Development and Trading Solutions for Fidelity Capital Markets and the Institutional Products Group of Fidelity Investments, where he managed the various aspects of product strategy, business development and electronic trading solutions. Prior to joining Fidelity, Hebert served in roles as director and business manager at Thomson Financial Services, vice president of Trading Systems Development for the Boston Stock Exchange and Systems Engineer and Group Manager for Electronic Data Systems in Dallas, Texas, and Boston, Massachusetts. Hebert earned Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stonehill College and credits in graduate level studies in technology development from the Harvard University Extension School.  He has served as a member and committee co-chair on various industry committees including the Financial Information Forum (FIF) Advisory Board, FIX Trading Community, the Editorial Board for the Global Trading industry journal, the Boston Securities Traders Association (BSTA) and the Stonehill College President’s Advisory Council.
